  Green Tune is solely manufactured with Super AZO recording layers which are carefully formulated to be unaffected by sunlight and other environmental factors. With a proven track record for reliability in professional applications, Super AZO, further ensures the broadest compatibility rating as well as extremely low error rates from disc to disc.

  Green Tune employs the use of its namesake surface layer, Green Silent Coat (GSC) in order to record and reproduce sound with the highest possible fidelity.  This unmistakably unique coating serves a twofold purpose.  First, since GSC seeks its own level during application, each disc achieves near-perfect rotational balance.  Secondly, its porosity, created by tiny air bubbles, assists during operation in the reduction of disc vibration, and works to hold any vibration from exterior sources as well.

  Green Tune technology begins with an ultra-precision molding process designed to reduce wobble of the disc surface.  This process employs the use of fresh stampers in very small production runs to ensure the formation of precision tracking grooves and eliminate the potential of any track eccentricity.   Further benefits of this tightly controlled sequence are the prevention of refraction and other phenomena which negatively affect the focus and tracking servos, thus reducing the load on pickups, spindle motors, and electronic circuitry.
